Updates: COVID-19

We are making a number of changes to our Thai cooking classes to make them COVID-19 secure.

Our kitchen

We have a very large open plan kitchen / dining space (approximately 60 sq metres) so we have lots of room to work in and it will be well ventilated using doors and windows as well as an extraction system.

Cleaning and additional hygiene measures

We will be only running one class per day to allow for deep cleaning before and after each class. During the class, we will have increased hygiene measures.

Number of people and distancing

We will be initially limiting the class size to a maximum of 4 customers so that we can comfortably maintain the current distancing requirements.

We will split into sub-groups based on anyone who has come together i.e. an individual would cook on their own as one sub-group, a couple coming together would be one sub-group.

Each sub-group will have their own cooking station with their own set of ingredients and equipment.

Taking the food home

Rather than sitting down to eat the food you have cooked at the end of the class, we will box up your food for you to take home and enjoy as a meal!
