From 3 December - we are in Tier 2 and will be running classes again!

Introduction

Our classes restarted at the end of July following Government guidelines to make them COVID-19 secure - with additional measures (detailed below) to make our classes as safe as possible. It's been so good to get cooking again and we have had lots of lovely feedback on how the classes are being run in this new era!

What happens if the class can't run?

If there are Government restrictions which mean we can’t run the class: you can pick a new date to transfer to or leave it open ended until the restrictions are over and then we will contact you to book back in.

What happens if the class can go ahead but I can't attend?

If there are Government restrictions which mean you can’t travel or you are required to self-isolate: with more than 48 hours’ notice, you can transfer to another date with no fee; with less than 48 hours’ notice, you can transfer to another date with a fee for any ingredients already purchased / costs incurred.

What happens if I can't use my Gift Voucher within its validity period due to COVID-19?

Please email us with your voucher number and we will be delighted to extend your voucher for you (there is no charge for this).

Our COVID-19 Measures

Our kitchen

We have a very large open plan kitchen / dining space (approximately 60 sq metres) so we have lots of room to work in and it is well ventilated using doors and windows as well as an extraction system.

Cleaning and additional hygiene measures

Before and after each class, we have a deep clean. During the class, we have increased hygiene measures.

Number of people and distancing

For Open Classes, the class size is limited to 3-5 customers so that we can comfortably maintain the current distancing requirements. We split into pods by household.

For Private Classes, the limit is 6 customers and we can seperate by households (or you may all be coming from the same household).

Each pod has their own cooking station with their own set of ingredients and equipment.

Taking the food home

During the class you'll get to sample your delicious dishes and then at the end of the class, you box up your food (using containers we provide) to take home and enjoy as a meal!
