Updates: COVID-19

We have made a number of changes to our Thai cooking classes to make them COVID-19 secure.

Our kitchen

We have a very large open plan kitchen / dining space (approximately 60 sq metres) so we have lots of room to work in and it is well ventilated using doors and windows as well as an extraction system.

Cleaning and additional hygiene measures

We are only running one class per day to allow for deep cleaning before and after each class. During each class, we have increased hygiene measures.

Number of people and distancing

We are limiting the class size to a maximum of 5 customers so that we can comfortably maintain the current distancing requirements.

We split into pods based on those who have come together e.g. an individual would cook on their own as one pod, a couple / friends coming together would be one pod.

Each pod has their own cooking station with their own set of ingredients and equipment.

Taking the food home

During the class you'll get to sample your delicious dishes and then at the end of the class, you box up your food (using containers we provide) to take home and enjoy as a meal!
